2.7 Welcoming & Beautification Committee
The Welcoming & Beautification Committee has a two fold purpose as

1) Keep track of Property
Owners (new & old) to notify the BOD when new members purchase lots within FPEPOA, and 2)
Decorate the eastern and western entrances to FPE subdivision to welcome owners & guests.
