2.6 Water Distribution 
When main water distribution system PVC water lines break or leaks occur within our FPE subdivision,
the Main Water Distribution Committee should be contacted to 1) turn off water values to stop the leak
and 2) contact licensed plumbers to isolate and fix the main water leak to rest
