2.5 Architectural Committee Approval for All Property Improvement Plans

In accordance with BYLAWS Article VII Powers and Duties of the Board of Directors-Committees.
SECTION 9. Committees. The Board of Directors shall have the authority to establish one or more
committees to carry out the authorized goals of the association, and in connection therewith shall have the
authority to define the powers and duties of any such committee member (s).
SECTION 3. Architectural Committee. The Board of Directors shall appoint three (3) members of the
association to serve as an Architectural Committee to review new construction, additions and or
improvements to the lots in the subdivision, with the provision that one of the three members of the
Architectural Control Committee shall be encouraged and allowed to attend the meetings of the Board of
Directors.
Further, that prior to any construction and/or improvements, there shall be submitted to said architectural
committee, by the member desiring to make such construction and/or improvement, written plans for such
construction and/or improvements, whether new or modifications of old, for review to insure that the
desired construction and or improvements comply with the association covenants.
